Important information regarding refunds: We work to ensure all products are refunded to our customers within 10 business days of its receipt at the return address on your pre-paid return label. If it has been more than 10 business days since your return was delivered to us, please contact us with your order number and our team will work to process your refund ASAP.

Ordering & Payment 

What's the status of my order?

You will receive an email confirming your order as soon as you checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive another email confirming that your order has been shipped. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. We aim to ship in-stock orders within 1-2 business days after purchase.

How long does it take to receive a Made-to-Order product? Can I have my order expedited?

It takes 3 weeks for Made-to-Order products to reach US addresses (with the exception of HI, AK, APO and PO Boxes). You may request to expedite production and delivery for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service team at info@loudmouth.com if you need your item expedited.

My order consists of in-stock and Made-to-Order products. Will they ship separately?

Yes, they will ship separately. The in-stock items will ship out within 1-2 business days, while the Made-to-Order items will arrive 3 weeks from purchase date.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed we cannot make changes to the order. This includes any address changes, shipping method changes, or size/pattern changes.

Why is an item(s) missing from my order?

We're sorry you have not received your complete order. The item(s) may be shipping in multiple packages or out of stock. Please email info@loudmouth.com and provide your order number for the best assistance.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.

Do you charge sales tax?

By law, we are required to collect sales tax on behalf of the states that we ship to. Sales tax will be calculated during checkout and collected based on the shipping address.

Where do you ship from?

All in-stock products are shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Orders being shipped to an international address may incur taxes and duties depending on the respective country's rules and regulations. Loudmouth is not responsible for any taxes or duties that your country's customs office may require for delivery of your order.

Why was there an error processing my order?

If you receive an error message after trying to place your order, please check the following:
• Check for typos, misspellings, or extra spaces in your name, address, or zip code.
• Make sure your billing name (including middle initial) and address match exactly what is on file with your bank.
• Verify that your security code is correct.

Route Package Protection

Loudmouth is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Package Protection at checkout, your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a shipping issue with Route and receive a replacement or be refunded. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Green Package Protection at checkout. Route's Green Package Protection helps cover the following instances:

  • Shipping issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received, can be approved no earlier than 5 days after the “delivery date” and no later than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging are required for damaged shipping issues
  • Shipping issues for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") can be filed at any time. Issue resolution is based on the estimated delivery date for your order which is available when your claim is filed.
