Shorts I love your brand, I buy all the time, but lately I’m not overly thrilled with the texture of some of the material. Like these shorts I just ordered, they are stiff and the material feels like a shower curtain, I like the ones that you had before, not so stiff.

Look and quality are superlative
Extremely hard to track. Previously, I believe FedEx was used. Orders were tracked from the moment they left the factory. Every step was shown. Now, only after it is in the us does any tracking information appear.
Tracking the package is terrible. Previously, when FedEx was used, a package could be tracked through every stage and location of its trip.
Could not install them the traditional way (wet). The diameter is to small. Going to try air when possible, not to happy at this point
Shipped to the wrong address. In a different state. I pay the money to protect it and ship it to the correct place and it gets messed up.
